In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter “the Law”), the following is informed:

ADELA, located at 117 Tomahawk Trail, Del Río, Texas, 78840, USA, is responsible for the use and protection of personal data collected through https://www.laadelita.org (hereinafter, “website”) and/or voluntarily provided by the “visitor” or “user,” presumed to be the owner of said data.

ADELA may also collect users' personal data through:

All social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) or emails genuinely linked to ADELA, its partners, or staff.

  • Clear description of the data involved.

  • Any information to help locate the data.

Valid IDs include: official photo ID, passport, professional license, immigration document, or driver's license. Legal reps must present a notarized power of attorney.

ADELA will respond within 20 business days by email. If accepted, the request will be fulfilled within 15 additional business days. This timeframe may be extended once, with justification.

Requests may be denied under Article 34 of the Law if insufficient information is provided, or if no valid contact method is included.

5.7. Revoking Consent
